Founded in 2018, Consciously Exposed Consulting (CEC) is led by Leonard Tshitenge, a visionary holistic business consultant with expertise in psychology and cultural diversity. Since 2015, Leonard has been at the forefront of DEI and market-entry consulting, blending mental health, the arts, and business development into an impactful, strategic approach.

At Consciously Exposed Consulting (CEC), we are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of diverse and inclusive business leaders.
Our internship program, the Consciously Exposed Internship Experience (CEIE), is designed to provide students and recent graduates with valuable hands-on experience and skill development opportunities in
various areas of consulting.

CEC offers a remote internship program in collaboration with prestigious universities in Boston, including Suffolk University, Hult International School of Business, and Babson College. This community partnership allows CEC to engage with talented students, provide hands-on learning experiences, and foster future leaders in consulting. It also enables Leonard to impart his knowledge of consulting models and holistic approaches while expanding the reach and impact of CEC's services.
